There's some other good ones in places like http://www.jackpurcellmeats.com.au/media/images/pork-cuts.jpg

In related news... I apologize to the crazy amount of legitimate internet traffic coming here looking for information on pig butchering, when all I'm doing is using it as a metaphor. The only story I can offer you folks is that I once had a pig, which is odd in a college town, who we named Charlotte. The rest of the story is not for the squeamish, so leave now if it'll upset you, but come on, it's a story about a pig who was NOT a cartoon.

One night I came home pretty far after dusk and my dad had... well, all I can say is it was time to butcher and he is a DIY kind of guy like me. Or more accurately, I'm like him, only with theater and websites instead of animal raising and construction.

We had a backhoe, and he had (humanely) slaughtered the pig, and was burning the hair off, as you do. The visual effect of my father blowtorching this carcass under a backhoe by the light of tiki torches was about as close as one can get to the Mayan legends of human sacrifice as one can get in rural New England. It was alarming, to say the least.

I feel like I earned my omnivore's wings that day. We gave Charlotte a really good life while she was around. And so That Bacon was DELICIOUS.
